Craig Darling
Craig Darling President & CEO

As President and CEO of JLT Facilities, Mr. Darling’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership for the company by working with the JLT Executive Committee and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Craig brings more than 12 years of insurance experience with him. Prior to joining JLT Facilities, Craig has held Senior Positions with Willis Reinsurance Inc., AON Specialty Reinsurance and Gallagher Reinsurance. Mr. Darling holds his BA in business finance and marketing from Elizabethtown College.

Stephen Calascione, MBA
Stephen Calascione Executive Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Calascione is responsible for leading development of new program opportunities, cultivating carrier relationships, overall management and production for JLT Facilities. He comes to JLT after more than 20 years in senior positions in marketing and underwriting with QBE Insurance and Gerling. Steve is the Vice President and Board member of the John Street Club and works out of JLT’s NYC office. Mr. Calascione earned his BA at SUNY - Stony Brook and his Marketing MBA at Adelphi University.

William Gordon, MBA
William Gordon Sr. Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer

As chief underwriter for commercial programs, Mr. Gordon directs underwriting, marketing and sales emanating from JLT Facilities, Latham, NY offices. During his tenure at JLT, he has served as program underwriting manager and headed a joint venture insurance agency with a prominent bank partner. His 32 years in the industry include positions at Continental Insurance and several regional insurers. Mr. Gordon holds his MBA in marketing and finance from the State University of New York at Albany.

Patricia Wilson, AAI, CIC
Patricia Wilson Vice President, Operations

Ms. Wilson brings 30 years experience in accounting, commercial property & casualty and professional liability to JLT. Prior to joining JLT in 1998 she managed a large global account and was instrumental in obtaining property and casualty coverage for 30 USA and Canadian locations, and also for locations in France, Spain, Germany, Italy, UK and the Netherlands. She holds designations as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance and a Certified Insurance Counselor, is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and is licensed for all lines of insurance.
