John Conroy, CEO
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of JLT Facilities, Mr. Conroy’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership for the company by working with the JLT Executive Committee and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. John, a returning JLT leader, has more than 30 years of insurance experience. Prior to joining JLT Facilities, John held position as President of PRM, a firm specializing in program business with a concentration in Workers’ Compensation Coverage. Mr. Conroy is a graduate of the College of St Rose in Albany.

Marie T Wertman
Vice President, Underwriting

As Vice President of underwriting, Ms. Wertman is responsible for the day to day operations of the underwriting staff as well as implementing new programs in the JLT Facilities, Latham, NY office. During her tenure at JLT, she has held the positions of direct sales marketing, underwriter and underwriting manager prior to becoming vice president. Her 30+ years in the insurance industry include positions at Travelers, New Hampshire Ins and several regional insurers.

Michael Attanasio
Vice President

In his role as Vice President, Michael’s primary responsibilities include marketing, production, broker relationships & compliance regulations. Over a period of 20 years Michael has worked in all facets of the insurance industry including carrier, broker & MGA operations. He is a graduate of Siena College with a Marketing & Management degree.
